Tom's Storytime has a free section of read along stories that would be ideal to share with very young English learners. These stories are read in a British accent.

Storyline Online is an award-winning children’s literacy website, There are videos featuring celebrated actors reading children’s books. Readers include Oprah Winfrey, Chris Pine, Kristen Bell, Rita Moreno, Viola Davis, Jaime Camil, Kevin Costner, Lily Tomlin, Sarah Silverman, Betty White, Wanda Sykes and dozens more. These stories are read with an American accent.

Oxford Owl has a great collection of free e-books to support children learning to read in English. There are some e-books for absolute beginners learning phonics and blending sounds however, they are limited. Click on the picture to go to the Oxford Owl website.
