Dave's ESL Cafe has a variety of resources including grammar lessons, definitions of phrasal verbs and idioms.
The English Language Student Zone at the University of Victoria in Canada has free grammar, reading and vocabulary exercises. Students may find the levelled reading comprehension exercises useful.
I stumbled across this website very recently and it appears to have a variety of interesting articles and resources for both students and teachers.
The 'ello' website has numerous useful resources including audio, scripts, vocabulary and speaking exercises included in each specific section. There is also a great ‘Teacher Tips’ page to give ideas of how the materials provided can be used in an ESL classroom. I think the One Minute English is particularly useful as it contains videos of English speakers around the world answering a basic question in natural English. This shows learners a large variety of different accents, which IELTS students in particular need. All the videos come with a script and quiz too.

The All Ears English website (American) has a variety of articles, videos and podcasts providing advice and practical tips on how to achieve a high IELTS score. There are also some great podcasts solely focused on Business English.
www.englishgrammar.org is a free website containing grammar lessons, exercises and tips for formal writing. It even has a grammar checker tool available.
IELTSLiz is a very useful website for IELTS students. This ex-IELTS examiner also offers tips and model answers to the various sections of the exam on her Youtube channel.
www.newsinlevels.com provides short current news articles divided into three levels, according to the number of words you want to learn in English. You can read and listen to pieces of news until you fully understand what is going on.
There are lots of free grammar quizzes available on the www.roadtogrammar.com website. There is also an option to click on the 'grammar note' should you feel you need to revise a particular point. The 'Business English' section provides some handy 'How to'guides' for those struggling to write in English.
